Processing & Shipping
• Processing Time: Orders take 1–3 business days to process.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days (U.S. orders).
• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs for international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or bundles.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos and your order number.
Order Cancellations
• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, the order is considered final and will be processed as scheduled.
Custom Orders & Wigs
• Custom wigs and made-to-order products may require additional processing time (7–10 business days).
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Hair Care & Maintenance
• All hair is 100% virgin/raw and can be dyed, bleached, and styled.
• To maintain longevity, we recommend professional installation and proper care.
• Please refer to our Hair Care Guide for tips on washing, styling, and storage.
